This woman and her crow have climbed the scaffolding in the back of the magic shop. She is the shop assistant who gets put into the magician’s box. She is asking the crow to reveal magic secrets but he will not. This one of a kind image was made in the darkroom with a process I call “wetworking”. The original image was made with a 4 x 5 black and white negative.
