I found Karen Rainsong to be creative, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She listened to my specific requests and was interested in understanding what my goals were for redesigning the Kare‘n Totes website. Karen provided the necessary training so that I was able to learn to successfully edit and design product pages on my website.
Karen was open to working through ideas that weren’t fully developed, and patiently guided me when I was unsure how to proceed. We discussed what I envisioned for the new look and feel of my website, and branding for Kare‘n Totes and she delivered. I am very happy with the end result. Karen Totes: A new look for an existing business
Karen Totes needed a facelift: her website and marketing materials were vastly different from each other and not in line with her target audience.
We created a whole new look for her site that gives the feeling of healing and caring. Her products, gift baskets for loved ones going through medical issues, needed to be offered in a style that conveyed loving care and compassion. Using colors and images to convey these messages, and graphics that swoop and curve to accent her logo, we greatly improved her business image.
Her paypal shopping cart is easy to update, and with the Drupal CMS she can easily make changes to her pages and add new products. She is thrilled with the result.
We also created a matching business card for her, to keep her marketing materials consistent. We photographed all her gift baskets too, so it could all be done under one roof for convenience. Check out her site:
